Waterblast Hose Features

• High-Pressure Rating: Designed to handle very high-pressure water flow, typically ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of pounds per square inch (psi).
• Multiple Layers of Reinforcement: Hoses have multiple layers of high-tensile steel wire braids or spirals as reinforcement. These reinforcement layers provide strength and prevent the hose from bursting or collapsing under pressure.
• Abrasion Resistance: The outer cover is designed to be abrasion-resistant to protect the hose from external damage caused by friction against surfaces or other objects during operation.
• Flexibility: Despite their robust construction, hoses are engineered to be flexible enough to allow for ease of handling and maneuverability during use.

Waterblast Hose Application

Surface Preparation: Capable of removing paint, rust, coatings, and debris from surfaces effectively.
Industrial Cleaning: Used for industrial cleaning tasks, such as cleaning tanks, pipes, and industrial equipment.
Hydrodemolition: Used in hydrodemolition processes, where high-pressure water jets are used to selectively remove deteriorated or damaged concrete from structures.
