Furnace Door Hoses are typically made from durable and heat-resistant materials to withstand the extreme temperatures encountered in industrial furnace environments.
To enhance the hose’s durability and resistance to wear and tear, it may have multiple layers of reinforcement made from synthetic fibers or high-strength textiles. The outer cover of the hose is designed to be abrasion-resistant and protect the hose from external damage.
Structure
Inner Tube: EPDM, white, smooth and non-conductive
Reinforcement: Double ply of synthetic fabric
Cover: Glass fibre ply impregnated with heat and flame resistant synthetic rubber
Surface: Cloth impression
Temp Range: -40℃ to +130℃ (-40℉ to +266℉), Cover to +302℃(+575°F)
Application: The furnace hose is to convey cooling water to furnace doors in steel mills, glass plants and relevant places

- Heat Resistance: open flamee and splashes of white hot metal to +575°F( +302℃)
- Abrasion Resistance: often feature an outer cover made from materials that are resistant to abrasion
- Compliance with Safety Standards
- Resistance to Chemicals: May be designed to resist exposure to certain chemicals commonly found in the industrial environment
